Itziar Zorita Agirre\u00a0holds a PhD in Performing\u00a0Arts\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0University of the\u00a0Autonomous\u00a0University of Barcelona and a degree in Audiovisual Communication\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0University of the\u00a0Basque Country\/Euskal\u00a0Herriko\u00a0Unibertsitatea (UPV\/EHU). She has also\u00a0completed a master’s\u00a0degree in Digital Arts (Pompeu\u00a0Fabra\u00a0University) and a postgraduate\u00a0degree in Cultural Management and Communication (Ramon\u00a0Llul\u00a0University). In the\u00a0field of art and culture, She has developed\u00a0her\u00a0professional\u00a0career in audiovisual creation, production and cultural mediation\u00a0between Barcelona and the\u00a0Basque Country (CCCB, Tabakalera, Azkuna\u00a0Zentroa, Mobiolak\u00a0Collective, Consonni, LiquidLimits Studio, Donostia 2016 European Capital of Culture). She\u00a0is\u00a0currently\u00a0an\u00a0Assistant\u00a0Professor in the\u00a0Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising of the\u00a0Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication of the UPV \/ EHU.<\/p>\n
Her\u00a0interest in research\u00a0focuses\u00a0on\u00a0four\u00a0main\u00a0lines: video and experimental cinema; artistic\u00a0interdisciplinarity; artistic\u00a0education; and audiovisual consumption and spectator\u2019s\u00a0experience.
